Question 6: Outside of instances of fraud (or similar illegal activity) It should be illegal for Financial institutions to shut down a consumer’s account on ideological grounds without adjudication in a court of law. Question 7: The exception to this would be political donations.

question 9. (A and B). I oppose any new law on this as Federally title 7 of the civil rights act already prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation and at the state level HB21-1108 already prohibits the same.

Candidate's Comments:
Q1: Generally, I could support a heartbeat bill. However, given the current political climate in Colorado, it is extremely unlikely that such a bill would pass in the legislature at this time. My primary focus will be on addressing viability issues and closing any potential loophole during birth. I would consider advocating for a heartbeat bill if there were a major shift in public opinion within HD-26 or a Supreme Court ruling that clearly establishes personhood, although the Supreme Court has not addressed this issue, rendering my personal stance moot for now.
