I believe that donors to political campaigns must be public information, but should not required for any non-profit donations. I am not sure about the speech zone codes, and would need to study that issue more prior to giving my answer.

In Michigan the Elliot Larson ruling has been identified by a judge as protecting sexual orienttion and gender, so this is a moot point in Michigan.
