1.
Prohibiting Abortion: Prohibiting abortion after a baby’s heartbeat is detected, with limited exceptions such as to save the mother’s life or in cases of rape or incest.
X
2.
Taxpayer Funded Abortion: Allowing taxpayer dollars to fund organizations that provide abortion.
X
3.
Physician-Assisted Suicide: Allowing voluntary physician-assisted suicide for terminally ill patients.
X
Candidate's Comments:
1. The "heartbeat" detected isn't a heartbeat at all so the first one foolish. 2. These organizations do a lot more than provide abortions and they deserve to have some public funding. 3. I'm a little more leery of this because there is always the possibility of abuse. However we can build enough safeguards into the legislation that should mostly eliminate that possibility
First Amendment

X
7.

X
Candidate's Comments:
4. The government should allow proper certifications and licensures as long as the individual doesn't then use religion as an excuse not to treat a patient. 5. No public funding should go to any organization that uses religion as a reason to exclude someone. 6. I've never heard of "ideologically driven cancellations" and i think this is merely a solution in search of a problem which is unsurprising given the tone of these questions. 7. You should be able to give to whomever you want without fear of public humiliation however we should not have dark money directing unsubstantiated arracks on individuals.

8. Again this is a solution in search of a problem. There are no restrictions on parents receiving counseling for their children for whatever reason. However jsut because they don't like the results doesn't mean there is a restriction on it. 9. No one should be fired or otherwise discriminated against because they are LGBTQ+. 10. No one should be fired or otherwise discriminated against because they are LGBTQ+.

Candidate's Comments:
10. No public money to private schools. 11. Again a solution in search of a problem. No one is "forced" to use a pronoun they don't agree with. If a student has a given name but chooses to go by another name a teacher can use whichever name with which they feel most comfortable. Same with students. Of course, if those students bully the other person would you support their right to that? 12. If a parent is abusing a child would you want that parent to know their child has confided in a counselor at school? 13. Opt-out is stupid. Even opting out of sex education is stupid but I will allow for that. But allowing a parent to allow their child to opt out of a history lesson because they don't think the Civil War was over slavery is completely foolish and that is where legislation like this will lead.

Candidate's Comments:
14. Absolutely not. You don't want to treat someone because they're gay or trans or black or whatever then don't get involved in the field. Or work somewhere where there are none of those people--which is nowhere because they're everywhere and always have been. 15. A solution in search of a problem. Trans women are women no matter how bigoted you are. They aren't there to molest anyone, they simply want to pee. It isn't about bathrooms just like it wasn't about water fountains; it's about control. 16. No medical center should be targeted by the government nor protesters.
