Candidate's Comments:
1.) Support protecting life as well as Government can, while allowing women to chose if they carry a fetus to term or not. I PERSONALLY believe life begins at Fetal Heartbeat, but as a Libertarian I see it best for the Government to limit abortion as much as possible, while still allowing choice. Many females including one in my family, doesn't/didn't know they are/were pregnant until 10+ weeks. I PERSONALLY think a 15-Week Abortion Ban, with exceptions for Rape, Incest, Physical Survival of the Mother, etc. at the STATE level, should be the standard in all States. 2.) Government is responsible for protecting life, not disposing of it. NO abortions should be taxpayer funded. If a female/male partner doesn't have health insurance that will pay for one, or the private funds to get one if the female wanted one, she nor the male she is sleeping with, needs to have unprotected sex. The relatively inexpensive remedies there are for birth control & protected sex, are vastly available to the public today. At some point, Government must stop rewarding individuals for reckless behavior. 3.) Informed Consent is key. Just like "Right To Try" legislation was passed (giving terminally ill patients access to experimental, but possibly life-saving drugs, which did have some risk higher than what would be assumed from a product with normal FDA approval), terminally ill patients should have the right to exit life, of their own informed accord. Again, it should NOT be taxpayer funded (as Government is responsible for protecting life), but it should be ALLOWED in the Private Market.

Candidate's Comments:
5.) Consent of the Governed is key. If a Faith-Based Organization desires to defy a law, based on their sincerely-held religious beliefs, they should be allowed to do so (like anyone else) SO LONG AS, the defiance of that law does not violate the the Natural or Constitutional Rights of another. When all other avenues fail, physical defiance of Overbearing Government is the only viable option remaining. 7.) Transparency is key. Legally mandating privacy of all donations would be CATASTROPHICALLY horrible for holding elected officials (Government) & Private Market actors accountable.

Protected Class for Gender Identity: Elevating “gender identity” to a protected class alongside race, religion, sex, age, and disability in nondiscrimination law.

Candidate's Comments:
8.) Informed Consent is key, Minors are not of age to legally consent. SO LONG AS a Private Firm isn't employing abusive practices in their Conversion Therapy Program, they should be allowed to operate. As with ANY other case of Child Abuse, Private Conversion Therapy Firms should be HARSHLY punished for any proven acts of Child Abuse. 9a & b.) As a Libertarian, it is extremely difficult to justify Government protection of CERTAIN classes, while not affording the same protections to other undefined classes. However, if these laws are to remain, they should ONLY cover classes of Immutable Characteristics. Sexual Orientation is not mutable, someone cannot choose which sex(es) cause them to become physically aroused. On the contrary, Gender Identity is mutable, as choosing to pretend to be the opposite Gender (Sex) IS a mutable characteristic, and therefore should not be a protected class by Government.

Candidate's Comments:
10.) No Direct Payments or ESA's for Private Schools, but allow it for PARENTS. For example: lowering the tax burdens of parents, employing tax credits to them, having ESA's only THEY can draw from, etc. SO LONG AS Government is not directly funding Private Institutions, parents should be given as much tax relief as possible, to reasonably facilitate educating their children. 11.) Government must legislate based on reality, not fantasy to appease. NOBODY should be legally required/compelled to recognize/acknowledge someone's mutable characteristic(s), including that of recognizing/acknowledging someone's Pretend Gender (Sex).

Candidate's Comments:
14.) Allow this practice to occur, but pass consumer & employer protecting legislation, legally requiring ANY person seeking to work as a physical healthcare provider, to specify on their employment application if they have any religious beliefs/conscience, that may cause them to legally opt-out of any medical acts/procedures they may be reasonably assumed to assist in/provide. 15.) There are only two Genders (Sexes) & one CANNOT become the opposite sex, no matter how hard they attempt to defy nature & try. Government should not be required to recognize Gender Identity as a protected class & therefore, spaces defined for a particular Gender (Sex) should have legal protections for the maintenance of their sole inclusion to those who ARE that of the defined Gender (Sex).
