Candidate's Comments:
1. Although I support part of the first question, I do not support forcing a woman to have a baby if incest has occurred or if a woman has been raped. I believe the woman has a right to make this choice about her body. After all, she is the one that will have to deal with the consequences of the choice for the rest of her life. A woman has to make this choice. 2. Planned Parenthood allows young women to determine when they are ready to have a family. It also supplies information on contraceptives that can be used to prevent pregnancies. I think more of these classes and this kind of training is needed in our Country. Plus the programs offer so much more for women than do our own government for the women. If the other party was truly pro-life, they would have Neo-natal care for all women from the time they get pregnant until they deliver the baby. They would support programs for the life of the child until death. This is the true definition of pro-life. 3. I do not support assisted suicide for any reason. I believe that all life is precious and valuable. I believe that there are other approved drugs that can ease the pain. The use of medical marijuana is one good example.
