Q-15: While I do support everyone's right to make the decision not to participate in a procedure or treatment that violates their personal beliefs and conscience there are some jobs (Military, Medical field) that have had a long-standing requirement for vaccinations, etc., and I support the organizations ability to require them. The employee has a choice they can participate or find another job, it is their choice.
