Candidate's Comments:
I strongly support the First Amendment protections of religious liberty and freedom of expression. Government should not discriminate against individuals because of their sincerely held religious or political beliefs, and Americans should not face financial penalties or exclusion simply for exercising their constitutional rights. I also believe faith-based organizations play an important role in our communities and should be able to carry out their missions consistent with their sincerely held beliefs while respecting the rule of law and the rights of others.

At the same time, every child deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. My priority is supporting families while protecting the well-being of children.

I believe every child deserves access to a high-quality education and every parent deserves to be an active partner in that education. I support greater transparency between schools and families, meaningful parental involvement, and educational opportunities that help every student succeed. At the same time, we must continue investing in strong public schools, supporting our teachers, and ensuring every child has access to a safe, respectful, and academically excellent learning environment.

Candidate's Comments:
I believe every human life has inherent value and deserves respect. At the same time, I believe government should approach these deeply personal issues with compassion, recognizing the complex circumstances families and patients may face. I support access to comprehensive healthcare services, including preventive and women's health care provided by organizations that offer a range of medical services. I also believe terminally ill patients deserve dignity, compassion, and the ability to make informed end-of-life decisions in consultation with their loved ones and medical professionals.
