X
3.
Physician-Assisted Suicide: Allowing voluntary physician-assisted suicide for terminally ill patients.
X
Candidate's Comments:
The government should have no say in personal medial decisions. Politicians are not doctors and doctors should not have to consult lawyers before they can offer medical procedures to their patients.
First Amendment

4.
Conscience Rights for Professionals: Prohibiting the government from denying required licensure or certification to individuals because of their religious or political beliefs.

X
6.
Transparency in Banking: Allowing consumers to obtain a written explanation when a financial institution shuts down the consumer’s account to protect against ideologically driven cancellations.
X
7.
Privacy in Financial Giving: Protecting confidential donor information so individuals are able to privately support charities and causes of their choice without fear of being doxed.
X
Candidate's Comments:
People's privacy needs to be protected as much as possible, so yes, donors should not be revealed if they donations are below a certain threshold and made by individuals. Protections should not extend to organizations and to donors who give above a certain threshold (many thousands of dollars) Faith based institutions, if they serve a purpose that is necessary in society, need to be open to everyone. E.g. catholic adoptions agencies should not be able to deny adoptions by people they don't agree with ideologically. These questions are not black and white. Even question 4 - what kind of licensures are you talking about?

X
9(b).
Protected Class for Gender Identity: Elevating “gender identity” to a protected class alongside race, religion, sex, age, and disability in nondiscrimination law.
X
Candidate's Comments:
I am for freedom for everyone. There is still discrimination along gender identity and sexual orientation lines. Why should that matter? Why should anyone be allowed to deny a rental or a job to someone because they don't agree with their "lifestyle".
Education and Public Safety

X
12.
Parental Rights in School Healthcare Disclosure: Directing schools to inform parents of any mental, physical, or emotional health information and treatment that a child is receiving at school.
X
13.
Transparency in School Curriculum & Activities: Giving parents access to the curriculum, presentations, and activities that their children are learning in school and allowing them to opt their children out of school extra-curricular activities, presentations, or specific lessons to which the parents object.
X
Candidate's Comments:
There are no inaccurate pronouns. Are you saying you want license to bully students? Parents already have access to curriculum. Parents should not be able to pull their child from any and all school lessons, just because the parent disagrees with the message. Most of these questions are silly culture war stuff.

15.

X
16.

X
Candidate's Comments:
Healthcare workers, just like military personnel have duties beyond themselves. No, they should not get to refuse vaccinations (that is undoubtedly what you are talking about here). Also, if you are a professional, you should be expected to perform your professional duty. The bathroom situation can be fixed by gender neutral bathrooms. Pregnancy centers are fake clinics with a religious agenda. They should not received government funding, but should be allowed to serve the public. They should not be allowed to pretend to be something that they are not.
