Candidate's Comments:
I feel that rape needs to be considered in an option to supply Plan B. I am not fully opposed to Plan B for anyone who would so choose; however, it would not be something I would personally encourage either. I do feel that birth control should be left to the individual and not government dictated. That said, I fully oppose a requested abortions after 6 weeks and would never even encourage prior but feel it should be individual choice. After 6 weeks all medical care should be provided to a women that is needed to keep her and baby alive.

Candidate's Comments:
I feel strongly that we should have free markets and freedom of speech. Just as consumers can choice where to spend their money, a business should have the right to decline to work with them. This should be a two way street. No one should be asked to violate their religious beliefs as long as the belief doesn't cause death or severe torment to another person. I do have mixed emotions on speech zones. I believe healthy conversation is good; however, if the zones only provide one side of opinion of story that is a problem. We should provide open zones that if you choose to participate you learn and are held to a standard to respect the other side, but it doesn't mean you must agree, but respect. Private charity support is not the business of others for either side of the political scale. Again must be handled fairly with either full transparency or none at all for both sides.

Candidate's Comments:
I feel that those who want to participate in sports should be with their born gender for participation in sports. I don't feel it would be wrong to start sports for those who identify as another gender if they so choose, but they can not claim to be profiled or anything of the sort. This is their individual choice and I can respect it; however, not at the expense of taking away the right of those who don't choose to change their gender. I don't agree personally with anyone changing their born orientation or identity as I don't believe God makes mistakes when he creates us, but I believe again respect those who choose another but that doesn't mean I agree or others should be forced to accept their choice to identify. As children we often pretend to be someone else, most people accept it as make believe; however, some have chosen to live in their own make believe. I can respect them but I don't see or agree with what they see.

Candidate's Comments:
We need to teach our children the basic skills to live not the opinions of the teachers or anyone else. Respect to a difference should be taught not acceptance to what you don't agree with. Parents should have full control of seeing what the children are taught! Keeping personal life out of the classroom isn't as hard as is being portrayed. The real problem is the younger teachers have already been indoctrinated that they should push their sole values on to the students and not just stick to the basic teaching of subjects. Many of us in our 40's and up probably didn't know what our teachers did on the weekend or all their personal life as kids today do. Many would argue that if a public teacher came in on Monday and announced they attend church on Sunday that teacher would probably find some administrative recourse, yet tell a child what you and your partner did is perfectly acceptable. Level the info that secular personal and religious personal are both off limits in the classroom.

Candidate's Comments:
As long as a child is in school and under the age of 18, the parental rights to know what is going on with their child should be held by law! The idea that a non-parental figure knows better for the child is absurd. If a child is claiming parental abuse then the court should become involved; however, when it is with gender transition or mental health that should defer to the parents on every level.
