I believe the government should never intervene in our lives except in instances where a person's natural rights have been violated, and that the U.S. Constitution protects religious freedom explicitly.

Candidate's Comments:
The government should not be used as a hammer against individuals or groups of individuals to enforce a debated viewpoint. Parents should be the responsible parties of children's lives, but requiring every social media or other platform to follow arbitrary rules just creates bloated regulation and increases the expense to every customer that wishes to use their services, even if the mandated regulations have nothing to do with those customers. Parents should monitor their children's online activities as they see fit, or purchase free market solutions to assist in such monitoring.

Candidate's Comments:
Ultimately, I believe that all schools should be moved into the free market. The topmost line item on every person's property taxes is to the public school district. If all schools were on the free market, and allowed to compete with each other, and required to satisfy their customers (the parents), the cost reduction and the effectiveness of schools towards parents' objectives would be astronomical. However, if while we live in a world where people are forcefully robbed to pay for other people's childcare and education, then yes, I support voucher programs, inter-district school choice, and follow-the-child money programs. Nobody should be forced to refer to anybody by anything through state coercion, least of which is pronouns. Schools SHOULD share pertinent child information with parents, but the state should stay out of it. If a school makes the poor decision to start withholding pertinent information, that school should suffer the consequences of a free market by having their customers choose schools that make better decisions. And absolutely, any school that is funded by taxpayer money should be 100% transparent to the people funding it.

Candidate's Comments:
I believe that the mother of the unborn child should be in charge of her own body. I believe tax dollars should not exist, but if they do, they should only serve to protect people's natural born rights as codified by the U.S. Constitution and State Constitutions, and not an inch beyond that. I believe that people should be able to request help with ending their lives should they so choose.
