Candidate's Comments:
I believe government exists first to protect the rights of individuals, especially the most vulnerable among us. That clearly includes unborn children whose lives deserve protection under the law. I oppose using taxpayer dollars to fund organizations that provide abortion because public resources should not be used to end innocent life. I also oppose physician-assisted suicide. Even when framed as voluntary, it raises grave concerns, including laws that may force doctors to act against their sincerely held beliefs and violate their conscience.
