Religious beliefs cannot be used as an excuse to circumvent rules and regulations. If such institutions cannot comply with state regulation they can argue that the law should be changed or that such regulation is unnecessary, but requesting an exemption and a carve out opens the door to religious favoritism. The rules need to be universal and applied fairly.

7.) Too much internet reform focuses and fixates on children and those who are under age, but the internet is harmful to people of all ages as it is currently designed. The focus of internet reform should be to create a safer internet for people of all ages, not just children. 8. It is not difficult to merely respect a child's gender identity, asking for legislation to legitimize and protect the rejection a people's identity is antithetical to freedom, and it is a request for the state to intervene to legitimize a restrictive world view.

9. The raised cost that school vouchers , have induced across the nation is unacceptable. 10. Teachers are tasked and responsible for students well-being while in school. Thus protecting teachers who refuse to respect a student's identity is antithetical to creating a safe environment for all students that should be guaranteed to every student and parent enrolled a like. 11. A guarantee of child privacy is an important cornerstone to ensuring that children feel comfortable approaching guidance counselors, nurses and educators with an honest expression of their issues. Without such guarantees, it is much more likely that such issues will never be discussed and go unaddressed or worsen.

Heartbeat is a poor metric , of viability or patient safety. Such a simple requirement would strip , doctors and physicians ability to make complicated , nuanced decisions about care.
