Candidate's Comments:
For question 10 (a) and (b) these categories already are included under federal anti-discrimination law. As for state law, I would not add and in fact I am open to reducing and replacing this category of law at the state with a more productive approach.

Question 12 and 14 have limits. If the topic is sexual related, then yes. If the topic is core to the curriculum like math then no. If the material is optional in the state mandated curriculum, then yes. If a parent is objecting because a lesson is biased and one sided on a controversial topic, then the remedy is to balance that bias.

1- also when necessary to avoid serious risk of physical harm to the mother, and when there are abnormalities so severe that it is impossible for the fetus to survive (like lacking a brain)
