Candidate's Comments:
Children are the responsibility of the parents until they are 18. That means the are responsible for all decisions and need to be kept informed of anything regarding their children. No government can supersede this.

Candidate's Comments:
Abortion should only be covered when the life of the mother is in danger, rape, incest or when the baby has been determined by a doctor to not be viable. Abortion for any other reason is an elective procedure and should only be done before the heart beat and brain activity can be detected. I have watched my Mother, Father and Father in Law slowly die from illness. Had they wanted to end the suffering I would had supported them. Voluntary termination of life needs to be reviewed by two or more doctors and have the support of the terminally ill patient. The patient should also have the full right to change their mind at any time.
