Article 1 Section 4- MI State Constitution / Bill Of Rights Every Person has a right to worship Almighty God according to the dictates of his/her own conscience; and no person can of right be compelled to attend, erect, or support, against his will, Article 1 Section 5 - Michigan State Constitution Every Person may freely speak, write, express and publish his views on all subjects, being responsible for the abuse of such right; and no law shall be enacted to restrain or abridge the liberty of speech or of the press. 4th and 5th Amendment; US Constitution; 4 - The right of the People to be secure in their persons, house, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. 5- No Person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in the time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against him/ herself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Declaration Of Independence - ( A parent is the legal guardian of the child) We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men/women are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Dictionary Definition of - Gender; Either of the two sexes (male and female), especially when considered with reference to social and cultural differences rather than biological ones. The term (gender) is also used more broadly to denote a range of identities that do not correspond to biology, genetics and genes scientifically. Michigan has laws on the books that address the protection of all Michigan citizens.

The government should never control an individuals right to choose for ones self or those they love. Individuals should never be obligated to submit or loose a job, there living arrangements, life saving treatment, custody of or access to a loved one or the ability to conduct day to day activities as they choose. Government should never enforce submission of it's citizens. Parents rights should not be infringed.
