Candidate's Comments:
I sponsored and cosponsored well over at seven pieces of legislation and interim proposals defending the pre-born, mothers, fathers, families, elderly and the disabled - Including but not limited to the defense of the elderly with the first ever draft bill to stop assisted suicide as well as a resolution to defend the vulnerable Traditional and Treaty Tribes and protected classes of people and their private treaty property - which included all of the Hispanic, Chicano and Latino people - specifically including the treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo. People on the margins that are vulnerable should never be the target of any form of targeted killing, assisted murder, or torture from eugenics based ideologies.

Candidate's Comments:
Defending faith-based organizations, religious freedom and liberty has always been a priority for me. For two (2) consecutive years I sponsored, and put on the record- religious freedom restoration. Due due to lack of time, prioritization methods of house leadership, the filibustering of the radical element of the party, fear of Supreme court case history regarding its defense at the time, and a lack of will from the house and senate body, lead these efforts to gain only medium traction. Religious freedom continues to be a top priority for me. The Blaine amendments must be removed in all states in honor of the first amendment of the U.S. Constitution!

Protected Class for Gender Identity: Adding “gender identity” as a protected class alongside race, religion, sex, age, and disability in nondiscrimination law.

Candidate's Comments:
The 1964 civil rights mandate was very clear defining protected classes of people and does not need to add a new class based on false and misleading science. Gender should be taught as God intended - Man and woman.

Candidate's Comments:
I am the first legislator in the history of Wyoming, to my knowledge; to draft a piece of legislation asking for a constitutional amendment to rescind the Blaine amendments which would allow true education freedom, and a proper choice for parents to allow the money to follow the child and cover the cost of children attending the school of their choice including private schools.

Candidate's Comments:
I suggested a conscience rights bill regarding the defense of the pre-born for nurses during the interim topic of year number one of my term in 2021, no child or parent should be exposed to the false science being perpetuated around the issue of gender dysphoria and parent should always be involved in the wellness of their children.
