Candidate's Comments:
Although I am pro life there are rare circumstances other than the life of the mother I would be supportive of abortion with very tight restrictions. That said Nevada voters have already voted to codify abortion into state law. This is how our system of government is supposed to work. The people of each individual state should decide on issues that are not spelled out in the constitution. As such, I respect the will of the voters and would not fight/work to change what the voters have already decided on via popular vote.

I am a bill of rights and constitutional absolutist. These are freedoms every human is endowed by their creator with. Government’s are instituted among men for the primary purpose of protecting those God given rights so that they are never infringed upon.

Candidate's Comments:
First no one should be discriminated against for immutable characteristics, lifestyle choices, or superficial reasons. That said I believe there are plenty of laws, rules, and regulations, protecting against discrimination of all types that I do not see a need to add sexual orientation or gender identity as a protected class. This could end up forcing those with deeply held long standing religious convictions to violate their beliefs.

I’m in support of unfettered educational freedom. It is our tax dollars that pay for the educational system. Therefore we should have full access to know what is taught to our kids and total freedom to choice what school our kids attend.
