Government organizations fail to have this right. Conscience Rights for Faith-Based Organizations: Exempting faith-based organizations from regulations that cause them to violate their sincerely held religious beliefs. answer: Private companies and persons, have a right to associate or not with other people. Government organizations fail to have this right. Free Speech on Campus: Prohibiting speech zones or speech codes that restrict where students can discuss controversial or unpopular issues on college campuses. answer: Speech and other activities which hamper scheduled activities or travel, are not covered by the first amendment. Speech which does not hamper, is covered by the first amendment. Donor Privacy: Protecting confidential donor information so individuals are able to privately support charities of their choice without fear of being doxed. answer: In society, guilt by association, is real. So as part of the fifth amendment, no one should have their associations revealed without permission.

No government money should be spent on this.
