Candidate's Comments:
4. This question lacks context. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land and permits freedom of speech. If one's actions violates the law, licensure can be denied. For example: One may have a political belief that children under 18 can take hormonal treatment or have a sex change, but if they are, or have intentions of performing such practice, the individual or institution can have their license denied or revoked, according to the laws passed as permitted by the supreme law of the land. In another example, a license cannot be denied or revoked because a doctor or institution does not support a sex change or therapy according to their religious belief. At the end of the day, the Constitution remains supreme, and the laws agreed upon by the People and permitted by the Constitution, will dictate under what circumstances or context licensure is permitted or denied. 5. The Constitution guides our laws and incorporates respect for religious beliefs. Forcing an agency to violate their faith is unconstitutional. For example: A faith-based institution that does not support same-sex marriage cannot be compelled or penalized for denying adoption to a same-sex couple, because that would violate their faith. In this case, government, the citizens, and State policies must respect the boundaries of the Faith. 6. Financial institutions are regulated by State and Federal laws. I support this question, but at the same time recognize the "no-shirt, no-shoes, no-service" position. Financial institutions are allowed to choose their customers and if a certain religious or political views are not supported and an alternative exists, customers are encouraged to partner with companies that share their values. That said, banks and insurance companies receiving financial support or exemptions from the taxpayers, cannot deny the public or the religious due to their views. Yet there is a line to be clearly understood, for example: A religious or political view could be the annihilation of, or harm, to Jews or Christians; MAGA supporters; or the LGBTQ+ community. This type of behavior has no place in our society and could justify if not warrant a financial institution to shutter the associated account.

7. Education is my #1 Priority and parents' education is included. Parents do not realize the harm they invite when allowing kids on adult platforms. Even "kid platforms" are harmful to neurological brain development; retarding critical pathways needed in intellectual, behavioral, and analytical decision making processes. Exploration, writing, physical movement and activity, and numerous other areas of "kid life" are paramount to brain and character development. The chemical and biological processes stimulated and simultaneously sedated in screen activity coupled with the inorganic [parenting], extraneous material relayed, is damaging to the child, and unaligned with parental intentions. Many parents are unaware of this, and often don't become aware of this until too late. This is why education across the board, not just fixing public schools, is my #1 Priority. 8(a). Parents have the right to get professional counseling for their children. At the same time, how did we get here? Perhaps the parents need counseling themselves; perhaps the environment their kid is in or exposed to needs to change. If young Tarzan was raised by dolphins instead of apes, how soon would be until he almost drowned? The environment matters. Take a kid raised in Texas's [farming] countryside versus a kid raised in Hollywood's [entertainment] Los Angeles. The kid in Hollywood is FAR more likely to have gender dysphoria than the kid in rural Texas. Why? Because of the environment, the culture, and the belief systems in the respective culture and space. The moral of the story is: Change the environment and parents will have a better chance of predictable behaviors and child outcomes. Counseling and education are very important for kids, and parents likely need assistance as well. 8(b). Sex-changes and the associated therapies are irreversible. These decisions are reserved and regulated strictly for adults; adults that are fully aware of this decision, its irreversibility, and that are in possession of a sound mind and soul to make this terminal choice. Parents that allow or support their under 18 year-old kids in a decision like this, are not fit to be parents. In fact, they are no different than a parent giving heroin or crack to their kid, or allowing their kid to cut off their arm or gouge out their eyes. This is child abuse and abandonment; and is a direct reflection of misguided and mismanaged parenting.

Candidate's Comments:
9. It's your tax money, your kid, and your decision where they go to school. I understand the opposition of allowing the money/voucher going towards private schools (religious or not), and am willing to continue that conversation. However, off-the-cuff, it is fair to all parents by allowing their child's education tax-money allocation to go towards the school of their choice; regardless if it is: Private, Public, Charter, or Home. 10. Teachers should be required to address children according to their biological gender, nothing else. Education is an institution, a pillar in our society. It is made of stone, not water, because it must stand strong. Our future builds on a stone foundation, not on a fluid or a sponge; and it is imperative that the foundation of our education is constructed with reality. Biological gender is real, it is solid. Mental identity is fabricated, it is fluid. Identity's ability to exist and have space to flow is because of the solid support made available by reality. Fluid has no direction without Solid. 11. Informing parents is a must, and it must take place BEFORE treatment. First-response/medical treatment is the duty of the charge (the school), but anything else must have informed-parents' approval prior to "treatment." 12. This should be happening in the first place and is why my education plan includes a syllabus. When we have a standard course of core education, it will include a daily syllabus that informs all parties, when and what is being taught, exercised, and tested. Parents will be able to see where they want their kids to opt-out, and the overall communication between teachers and parents will be greatly enhanced - a win for all parties.

Candidate's Comments:
1. Protecting the unborn is the correct course of action and simultaneously, women need to have access to healthcare in the event of a medical emergency. I do not support government's involvement in personal affairs, yet we have come to this question because things have gone too far. Women have taken care of themselves for centuries and will continue to do so. Government's role should support education to safeguard women's needs by promoting responsibility which includes: Abstinence, contraceptives, adoption, and immediately reporting rape to law enforcement. These steps will significantly mitigate the topic in question and ensure that government remains in its appropriate role. 2. Taxpayers are not responsible for personal decisions, regardless of the subjectivity of required needs, or irresponsible choices. I support education and healthy living; paths I pray will eliminate the need for a woman to arrive at the crossroad of this topic. 3. I do not support government involvement in personal matters or decisions made by a responsible adult. This topic is the job of the Church, not of the State, and any decision made is between the individual, the doctor, and God.
