Candidate's Comments:
All of this would be irrelevant if we accelerate privatization. A privately funded sport system could decide its own rules, where a publicly funded one is going to be expected to be all things to all people. Stop using tax dollars to subsidize things that should be privately funded and this whole issue goes away.

School choice is the answer to every educational issue. Don't like what a school teaches? Pick a different school. Schools that do not satisfy parents and students will soon cease to exist - as they should!

Candidate's Comments:
Abortion is rare in Utah - we are tied for the lowest rate in the United States. This reinforces what I've always believed, that the opinion of the people - in this case, a reverence for life - is ALWAYS more effective than the law can ever be. Also, Utah has already passed an anti-abortion bill, but it has some additional exceptions which I find acceptable, including pregnancies resulting from rape or incest, and cases where it is medically determined that the foetus is not viable. We can be firm yet compassionate, and accept additional medical exceptions.
