7. This is a poorly worded question. Clearly, society must become more serious about restricting internet usage for children. Focus will need to be paid as to the "how." 8. Counseling is and should be available to parents - on behalf of their children. Life-changing surgery and hormonal treatments should be restricted for all under-aged individuals. 8 (b). Parents have a responsibility to care for their children as well as they can. Courts and the government services must respect this parental/child relationship.

9. This has currently been ruled "unconstitutional" by the Kentucky Supreme Court. If Kentucky is ever going to be more competitive we must address the widening educative output gulf between private & public schools. I favor increasing public investment in K-12 education; however, I cannot support appropriating extra money to increase funding for our current broken system. 10. How can anyone support attempted indoctrination? 11. I cannot conceive of a public school in Kentucky failing to inform parents of their children's mental & physical health. Professional malfeasance? 12. The key to reforming our K-12 educational model requires parents to retain a choice of which school to send their child. Schools - once they conform to a reformed model - will always seek concurrence from parents as often as possible.
