Candidate's Comments:
I strongly support protecting religious liberty, freedom of conscience, and freedom of speech. No individual should be denied a government license or certification simply because of sincerely held religious or political beliefs. Faith-based organizations should be able to operate according to their religious convictions without being forced by government to abandon their beliefs. Likewise, Americans should not be denied essential banking or insurance services simply because of their lawful religious or political views.

Candidate's Comments:
Parents, not government or technology companies, should have the primary authority over decisions affecting their children. I support stronger protections for minors online, including parental consent, safeguards against addictive features, and limits on the exploitation of children's personal data. I also support the right of parents to seek appropriate professional counseling for their children and believe parents should never lose custody solely because they raise and care for their child consistent with the child's biological sex.

Parents are the primary decision-makers in their children's education. I support school choice and believe education funding should empower parents to select the educational environment that best meets their child's needs, including private and faith-based schools. I also support freedom of conscience for teachers and students, full parental access to curriculum and instructional materials, and transparency regarding a child's health or treatment at school. Parents should have the information and authority necessary to make informed decisions for their children.

I believe in protecting the dignity and value of human life from conception to natural death. I support protecting unborn children, oppose using taxpayer dollars to fund organizations that provide abortions, and oppose physician-assisted suicide. I believe our focus for those facing terminal illness should be compassionate care, pain management, hospice, and support for patients and their families while respecting the inherent dignity of every human life.
